At Ricoh Imaging, we stand behind the precision of our cameras and lenses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your equipment in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards that were included in the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible to prevent processing delays at our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned optics and electronics, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
